ՊՈԼՍԱՀԱՅ ՄԻՈՒԹԵԱՆ ԸՆԴՀԱՆՈՒՐ ԺՈՂՈՎԻ ԱՐԴԻՒՆՔՆԵՐԸ Պոլսահայ Միութեան տարեկան Ընդհանուր Ժողովը տեղի ունեցաւ Չորեքշաբթի, Մայիս 16, 2018ին «Գրիգոր եւ Աւետ Քիւրքչիւօղլու սրահին» մէջ,  ատենապետութեամբ Պր. Սիմոն Աճիլաչօղլուի, եւ Դիւանի Ատենադպրուհիներ՝ Տիկնայք՝ Զարուհի Խաչիկեանի՝ (Հայերէն) եւ Անահիտ Գոճայեանի՝ (Անգլերէն) Միութեան Հոգաբարձութեան ատենապետ՝ Իրաւաբան Էտվին Մինասեան ներկայացուց տարեկան տեղեկագիրը, իսկ Պոլսահայ Միութեան Հաշուապահութեան Վերահսկիչ՝ Պրն. Մուրատ Քէօշքէր վերընտրուեցաւ Հոգաբարձութեան մէջ լրիւ շրջան մը եւս ծառայելու, ինչպէս նաեւ Կարպիս Սարաֆեանը, Վաչէ Գլաւուզը եւ Հերման Եայլաօղլուն: Թալին Սարաֆօղլուն, Թալին Եայլաօղլուն եւ Անթօ Փայլանը ընտրուեցան Գործադիր Յանձնախումբին մէջ ծառայելու, որ աւելի յետոյ վաւերացուեցաւ Հոգաբարձութեան կողմէ` ըստ կանոնագրի պահանջներուն: Վարչութիւնները յետոյ համատեղ հանդիպում ունեցան, ըստ սովորութեան եւ պիտի շարունակէ մնալ ըստ Պոլսահայ Միութեան յառաջիկայ Օրացուցային տարուան ընթացքին: Այնուհետեւ կայացան Միութեան Պաշտօնեաներու ընտրութիւնները եւ արդիւնքները հետեւեալն էին. ՀՈԳԱԲԱՐՁՈՒԹԻՒՆ Իրաւաբան Էտվին Մինասեան, Ատենապետ Էտի Սարաֆօղլու, Փոխ Ատենապետ Տոքթ. Մուրատ Քէօշքէր, Ատենադպիր Յակոբ Հալըճը, Գանձապահ Հերման Եայլաօղլու, Վերահսկիչ Տոքթ. Յովհաննէս Գուլակ Աւետիքեան, Ատենադպիր (Հայերէն) Սերժ Պուլանըքեան, Ձայնագրութեան Ատենադպիր Ըստ կանոնագրին, Ատենապետը նշանակեց Տոքթ. Մուրատ Քէօշքէրը` իր նախկին պաշտօնավարման տեղը պահելու Գործադիր Յանձնախումբին մէջ, իսկ Գանձապահը նշանակեց Էտի Սարաֆօղլուն իր նախկին պաշտօնին վրայ: Գործադիր Յանձնախումբի Պաշտօնեաներու ընտրութիւնները հետեւեալ արդիւնքներով էին. Մուրատ Քէօշքէր, Ատենապետ Էտի Սարաֆօղլու, Փոխ Ատենապետ Սերժ Պուլանըքեան, Ատենադպիր Վարչութեան միւս բոլոր անդամները պիտի ծառայեն իբրեւ գործօն խորհրդատուներ յատուկ պարտականութիւններ ստանձնելով, ծառայելու համար մեր համայնքին եւ շարունակելու Պոլսահայ Միութեան առաքելութիւնը  բարեգործական, մշակութային եւ ընկերային աշխատանքի համար: 2018/2019-ի օրացուցային տարուան գործունէութեան ծրագիրներն ու օրակարգը պիտի զարգանայ եւ բաշխուի անդամներուն մօտ ապագային: Պոլսահայ Միութեան Գործադիր Յանձնախումբին կողքին գործող  յանձնախումբերէն կը խնդրուի իրենց տարեկան ժողովը գումարել ՍԵՊՏԵՄԲԵՐ  ԱՄՍՈՒԱՆ ԸՆԹԱՑՔԻՆ եւ կազմել նոր վարչական մարմինները: Մանրամասնութիւնները պիտի հրատարակուին յաջորդ լրատուին մէջ: OIA GENERAL ASSEMBLY RESULTS The OIA General Assembly and Annual Meeting was held on Wednesday, May 16th, 2018 at OIA “Krikor & Aved Kurkcuoglu“ Hall. The meeting was presided over by Assembly Chairman Mr. Simon Acilacoglu, Ms. Zaruhi Hacikian and Mrs. Anahit Kocayan who served as Armenian and English Secretaries of the Assembly, respectively.   After the presentation of the reports by Chairman of the Board of Trustees Edvin Minassian, Esq., a detailed financial status report of the OIA was presented by the Comptroller Mr. Hagop Halici. The items of the Agenda were voted, followed by the elections of Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee. The elections were held for open seats on the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee.  Dr. Mark Kosker was re-elected for another full term on the Board of Trustees as well as Garbis Sarafian, Vace Kilavuz and Herman Yaylaoglu.  Talin Sarafoglu, Talin Yaylaoglu and Anto Paylan were elected to serve of the Executive Committee which was subsequently approved by the Board of Trustees as required by the Bylaws.  The Boards have then had a joint meeting as had been the practice and will continue to be so during the coming OIA Calendar year. Subsequently elections for Officers of the Organization were held and the results are as follows:  Board of Trustees: Edvin Minassian, Esq. Chairman  Edi Sarafoglu, Vice Chairman Dr. Mark Kosker, Secretary  Hagop Halici, Treasurer Herman Yaylaoglu, Comptroller  Dr. Ohannes Kulak , Armenian Secretary  Serj Bulanikian, Recording Secretary  As per the bylaws the Chairman appointed Dr. Mark Kosker to hold his ex- officio seat on the Executive Committee and The Treasurer appointed Edi Sarafoglu to his ex-officio seat. Officer elections for the Executive Committee have the following results: Dr. Mark Kosker, President  Edi Sarafoglu, Vice President  Serj Bulanikian, Secretary  All other Board members shall serve as active Advisors with specific portfolios and duties to serve our community and continue OIA’s mission for charitable, cultural and social work. The plans and agenda of activities for the 2018/2019 calendar year will be developed and shared with the membership in the near future.   ************************* The OIA Subcommittees will hold their meetings/elections DURING MONTH SEPTEMBER.   Details will be published in the next newsletter.
